I specialise in Keratin Smoothing, Nanoplastia and Hair Botox treatments designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability and enhance shine.
I’m based in Windsor, Berkshire and offer both mobile appointments and bookings at my home studio.
I cover Windsor and up to approximately 25 miles including Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and West London. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask.
Travel within 25 miles of Windsor is included. Beyond this distance, a small travel fee may apply and will be confirmed during consultation.
All first-time clients have a brief consultation (online or in person) so I can assess your hair type, condition and goals before recommending the most suitable treatment.
Most hair types can benefit from smoothing treatments, including curly, wavy, frizzy, dry, thick, fine or chemically treated hair. Some treatments are not suitable for very damaged or heavily bleached hair — in those cases Hair Botox may be recommended first.
Nanoplastia is the only treatment that is safe for expectant mothers, Hair Botox and Keratin smoothing treatments are unsafe.
Bank transfer, card reader or cash on the day before treatment begins .
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained.
Please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be retained
I’ll provide clear instructions based on your chosen treatment. Typically this includes freshly washed hair with a shampoo that I provide (no conditioner) and rough drying the hair.
Treatments typically take between 2–4 hours depending on hair length, thickness and the type of treatment.
For safety, pets and children must be controlled and kept away from the treatment area due to hot tools and equipment.

Smoothing treatments reduce frizz, bulk and curls, making hair smoother and easier to manage. The final result depends on your natural texture and treatment choice — we will discuss expectations during consultation.
Colouring should be done either two weeks before or after the treatment.
No. I only use formaldehyde-free products for client comfort and safety.

Chlorine and salt water can shorten longevity. If swimming frequently its advisable to wear a cap and rinse hair thoroughly.
Your health and safety is always top priority. If you have asthma or any respiratory conditions, I strongly advise consulting your GP before booking a Keratin treatment. The treatment process produces vapours that may cause irritation or discomfort, especially in small or poorly ventilated spaces. .
